& Tee Times
Groups of 40 or more players may schedule advance tee times. Groups less
than 40 may schedule tee times 30 days in advance. All golfers are expected
to play the course in the allotted time of 4 1/2 hours (15 minutes per
hole).

Fees include practice facility, starting times/shotgun/1 & 10 starts,
and event coordination.
Practice
Facility
Participants will have unlimited access to a state-of-the-art practice
facility. The facility is unique to Southeastern Michigan with a 27,000
square foot putting, chipping and bunker practice green and a double tiered
range with distances up to 400 yards. Range bags or pyramids will be set
up for your group.
Event Coordination
Our Tournament Director will assist your golf chairperson in the tournament
planning as well as: Prepare signs to include the group name, individuals
name, tee time, and hole assignment. Coordinate all tournament activities,
supervise the set up of golf cars with bags and tags, and help with the
start of the tournament. Provide local rules sheet and tournament information
for each player. The sheet will contain rules fro the format of the play,
and location of special events of the day. Prepare scorecards, score sheets,
summary sheets and figure handicaps for each player. At your request,
provide a tournament summary to the chairperson for prize distribution.
Set up special events that your group has decided to use: Closet to the
Pin, Longest Drive, Most Accurate Drive, Longest Putt, Fewest Putts, Putting
Contest. Speak and/or present awards at your dinner or awards function.

Golf Lessons
Special group clinics, individual and group lessons are available by appointment
from the golf professionals. Clinics should be scheduled at the earliest
time to assure the availability of golf professionals. Rates will vary
depending on the size and length of the clinic.
Golf Club Rental
The Orchards Golf club offers its guests Titleist golf clubs for rental.
Groups with individuals who need rentals should inform the Tournament
Director, to insure that the clubs will be ready for the individual upon
arrival. Cost is the $25.00 for 18 holes.
Hole in One
Make your event a special one; offer your participants the excitement
of trying for that elusive Hole in One. Numerous packages and prize limits
are available for every budget need. Packages provided by Advantage Golf.

Tee Prizes and
Awards
Make your event one to remember! The Orchards Golf Club is prepared to
assist you with custom-made tee prizes and awards for any size group or
budget needs. If your company name or logo is a priority, we can order
selected merchandise personalized especially for your group. You will
be surprised at our competitive prices. Let us do the work for you.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates for golf merchandise, food and drinks, and prizes for
your tournament are available in the golf shop in all denominations.
Dress Code
Men are required to wear collared golf shirts and golf slacks or golf
shorts. Women are required to wear golf tops and golf slacks, shorts or
skirts. Tank-tops, T-shirts, cut-offs, swim wear; short shorts,
soccer type shoes or any knobby cleats or sharp edges are prohibited.
Non-Metal Spike
Policy
The Orchards Golf Club strongly recommends the use of non-metal spikes.
We will change guests spikes at no charge. Please allow sufficient
time for the conversion.
Golf Cars
Groups and individuals are responsible for any damages done to cars under
their use. Coolers are strictly prohibited on the course. A beverage cart
will be on the course with beer, soda, candy, and other snacks.
Inclement Weather
Due to inclement weather on the reserved date, groups may elect not to
play and receive a full refund. If groups elect to start play in inclement
weather, or are caught on the course by inclement weather, there are no
cash refunds; however, rain checks may be issued. Inclement weather will
be considered heavy rain, thunder and lightning. Wind is generally not
considered inclement weather.
