The golf club serves as the centerpieces to a 525-acre residential golf community. Upon completion, the 450 homesites will nearly encircle the golf course. The community offers two types of golf resort living:

The Courtyard Collection consists of beautifully designed, low-density, detached condominiums, which afford owners a single-family lifestyle with condominium conveniences. Spacious over-sized rooms, fire places and full basements are all standard fare.
